Default Issue with trailer lights/plug

I have a 99 Durango that I use to tow my boat/trailer.

Recently, I started experiencing issues where when I turn the left turn signal on, both lights on the trailer including the running lights flicker.

I replaced the plug on the Durango and i'm getting an intermittent flow of ~10 volts to the left turn lights, but i'm also picking up .25ish volts to the right side as well. The result is flickering lights all around the trailer.

When i turn the right turn signal on, the same thing, with the lower voltage going to the left side of the trailer.

Interestingly, i have no break lights at all.

Any advice on where I should start trouble shooting would be greatly appreciated!

Is it the factory tow package, or some aftermarket setup?

We have a 2001 Dodge SE 3.3L Flexfuel with an excessive amount of miles. We still have the engine light on, well, it comes and goes. Same code, referring to the EGR valve. Which we replaced, along with every single sensor possible. It stayed off for a week, then BAM, right back on. Nothing could be found, but the code was still there. Last night, my van wouldn’t turn over. It’s like it wasn’t getting gas. (Yes I had gas, and the pump is working fine) we lifted the hood, and there was exhaust coming from the area where the EGR casket is linked with the tube. So we are assuming the tube needs replaced. If only we could actually find it. Because it seems it’s available for every vehicle but ours.

not a durango, but if he responds with the right vehicle we can move it to the right section for him.
