transmission won't engage
2000 durango 4.7 4x4
Driving at 55 mph the transmission stopped responding. No unusal noises, fluid level is fine, fluid is clean and not scorched. Vehicle will not move at all, in any gear. Had someone pull me home (about 15 miles) with engine running and gear selector in neutral. No codes flagged, no fluid leaks and visually everything looks normal. Also noticed it will shift out of park whithout stepping on brake. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Also wanted to add...when shifting into gear, there is a momentary disruption in engine rpm like it is actually "in gear" but will not move at all.
