Well I've done enough research on this.

Thought it was the AC drain which I cleared out (nothing) and ran some red RTV over the foam gasket. Might go the extra step of putting an angled tube on there

Only occurs after heavy rain on pax side. Car sits under a tiny leaf tree on an incline in the driveway. Bought the car recently and did the same thing when it rained as well. I'll will be water testing next but noticed this missing body plug on the pax footwell that seems to be missing. What goes here/fix?

I figure I'll be removing the cowl, not sure where the cowl drain tube is (master cylinder drivers side inside the cowl?)
