2003 Dodge Durango 4.7L, and I have a question. I live in the mountains of Montana and find that I could really use low range, however I only have locking 4wd, no low range. Is it possible to install 4 low on my rig? Maybe changing out my transfer case? Anyways hope someone has an answer. Thanks!

 

Yes you would need to change the transfer case. Moving to the correct section. Welcome to DF.

 

Yeah you can swap out the transfer case. You'll also need a new switch and possibly a new transfer case control module.
