2000 4.7 SLT running rough and getting code P0201. Swapped coil 1 with coil 5, and got same code.

Swapped plug 1 with plug 5 didn't read code yet, but probably will be the same since P0201 is an injector code.

What to do next?????

 

I read the code this morning, got the same code P0201. Is there a way to check to see if it is getting the signal to fire, or should I just change the injector?

 

swap the injector with another cylinder and see what happens.
