Default Programming fobs

I've had my first '99 Durango (D1) since new and it now has 318k miles. I bought another '99 Durango (D2) with only 85k miles a few weeks ago and so far it has prooved to be in great shape. MY QUESTION IS: can I reprogram the fob from D1 to be used with D2? I have only a standard key for the new D and I will be selling the old D soon.
Please help with programming steps for only one fob -remember I want to use it with the D2.

As long as the new one has the highline CTM (I've never seen one that doesn't) you can have the remotes programmed to work with it. The bad news is that unless you already have a working remote for it, you will have to have the dealer (or a locksmith with a DRB tool) program the first one for you.
