Question Install a 4.7with transmission ecm and harness

I have a 2002 Durango Sport that was crashed. I have the running 4.7, transmission, ECM/PCM, and all of the wiring harness. I have the entire truck.
The insurance company settled with me and I have the salvage rights for the2002.
With that money, I bought (2) 2000 SLT Durangos, Durangoi, Durangoes? Whatever. One of the two has a 5.2 with a bad transmission, the other is a 5.9 4x4with a bad engine. I put the5.2in the4x4, and all is great. (For those who don't know, the 5.2 will function properly with the 5.9 PCM. It just follows parameters and adjusts accordingly. I did install the 5.2 PCM anyway.)

Now I have a really good 2000 SLT body with clean paint. I noticed the '02 has different electronics and other things like interior than the '00's have.is there a way to splice the 4.7 harness into the 5.2 harness to make our all work? I also noticed the ABS it's different as will as an added computer or module in the '02 near the cruise pod in the right front close to the washer pumps/radiator. What is that?

Does thecomputer in the right fender well control the transmission? I'm sure there id's a way to just connect like10 to15 wires between the 4.7 harness and the 5.2 to make this work.

I have all of the wiring uncut. I have all of the brackets, heater hoses, cables, transmission, exhaust- everything.

I'm doing the work myself. I'm used to working on older vehicles, but I do know the fundamentals of the modern car.

The 2002 wiring won't be compatible with the 2000, they use two completely different communication buses. As far as the abs, you might be seeing that one had 4 wheel abs. And if the 02 had a 4.7 with a 3 plug pcm, there is a separate transmission computer.

Ok, both the 2000 avnd the 2002 have 3 plug ECMs. I was going it would be easier.

Could I get a 2000 4.7 PCM and harmess? Where is The transmission computer located? All The schematics I see have The engine and transmission on The same PCM?
Thanks.

Default I have the complete truck wiring and all.

So what I'll need to do is to gut ALL THE WIRING from the crashed vehicle or at least the engine controls ave replace all the modules to make this work? Does that include the A-c system?

The 4.7 and 5.2/5.9 wiring is not compatible from the same year, let alone going from the old CCD bus in 98-00 to the PCI bus in 01-03. It will not work.
