Unhappy Lug Nut Size and Removal Issue

Okay I am new here, so I am not sure if this has been an issue with someone else, but I am having an issue with finding a lug nut wrench that will work with my 2002 Durango SLT 4x4 with a Magnum 5.9L V8, the wheels are 16" and the tire - if it really matters - are 265/70r16. I have found several websites that say it is 3/4" but when I put a lug wrench and/or socket of that size it is too big or and won't grip anything, Also there is the issue of my Durango having lock nuts, and I cannot find anyone who has the proper lug lock to remove it. I know it is a Dodge Lug as these are the original tires from 2002 (it has been off the road for while). The other day I ran over a nail (which is still stuck in the tire) and I NEED to put on the spare but cannot until I get the proper size lug. Does anyone have any answers, or is anyone willing to sell their jack and lug wrench.

I will add several photos of the wheels and lugs once I have the car back in the garage for the oil change that is due in 500 miles (This weekend).

I do not believe that these came with Lug Locks. Are you sure these are stock lug nuts?

Stock lug nuts fit a 3/4" socket, lug wrench.

I've had issues with lug nuts that have had the plastic chrome colored cap. They will make the lug slightly larger and since they are plastic the deform really easily. If there are caps on them see if you can pull them off with a vice grips.
