Default Changing Spark plugs and wires on a 5.9L

Im planning on changing my plugs and wires on my 2001 Dodge Durango 5.9l on my own. I have a little experience doing it but it's been a while. I'm wondering how hard it is to do and anything I should know before hand? Ive seen stuff on 4.7 but not the 5.9. Any help would be appreciated.

Pretty much standard fare. Use OEM plugs. Put some anti seize on the threads of the new plugs. Do one at a time so you don't get the wires mixed up.
