Default New to the Forum, just bought an 01 Sport, few questions

Just picked up a 01 Sport here in AB for pretty cheap to use as a winter rig.
Has typical issues that I've been reading (window regs, rocker rust, etc), Ive already fixed a lot of small things, have a few questions of things I haven't been able to find...

This truck took a nasty hit on the drivers side front fender, which broke the headlight. Ive bought new lights for it, but am having problems finding the bracket behind the light that the headlight goes on.

Anyone know the part number, and what its actually called?

This bracket

Also, my Sport doesn't use a transponder key, but it came with a keyless lock/unlock remote. The remote doesn't work (replaced batt's), and Ive found a couple new oem ones to purchase. Ive read you need an existing one to program them yourselves, does it have to be a working remote? Or just powered? The write ups ive read seemed to be for durangos with transponder keys, which mine uses a normal key. This is the remote it came with:

I've only ever seen the headlight brackets sold with the headlights.

Yes you need a working remote to program more.

Drop in LEDs or HIDs are never a good idea in a halogen reflector.

This I know. I was talking about aftermarket fog lights in the stock location / extra driving lights.

These are the only kind of led fog lights I've seen offered for a Durango and they have next to no optics or beam control. I'd be interested to see if you find any other options. I ended up designing and 3D printing housings to fit BMW led fog lights on my 99.

If there isn't many options, I'll probably fab a back bracket and put some cree led fogs somewhere up front. I did see a cheap Chinese set on eBay, but it was halogen, which is going backwards i.m.o.
