as the title states my parking brake just isn't working as it should and I need a sticker. I got 2 new cables the front and rear left. They are working properly and I also got new parking brake shoes for both sides and on top of that my tensioner is almost maxed out and I've adjusted the stars and it isn't holding enough it does work but it won't hold if you give it gas or park on a fairly steep incline. Any recommendations would be great ! Could it possibly be my rear rotor(s) ? Maybe just out of spec ?

 

Is the pedal bottoming out?

 

Have you checked the parking brake shoes? Sometimes the linings fall off the backing.
