Default Heater Blower Motor not getting power

Hello all,
I have a 2000 Durango 5.9L. The blower motor quit working a few weeks back.
I've searched and searched and only managed to eliminate a few possible areas but still haven't found the issue.

I have:
Replaced the resistor that was mounting under the hood cowl. But since I have NO speeds at all, should have figured this wasn't the issue.
Pulled a battery into the cab and jumped the blower motor. Works great.
Tested the relay under the hood and the relay beside the blower motor behind the glove box. Both relays seem to be fine, used multimeter and battery to test.

Tested the plug that goes to the blower motor and have no power.

Duh, guess I should have done this first.

Anyhow, any suggestion from here? I've downloaded the FSM for my vehicle but the section that I'm missing is the wiring diagram section.

Also pulled the 40 amp fuse under the hood and made sure power was coming to that.

I've read that the power comes from battery to 40amp fuse then to the ignition switch and then to the blower motor.
With the relays in there somewhere.

Is this true? How would I test the ignition switch area?

Where should I go from here? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Randy

the 15 amp fuse #7 in the left end of the dash powers the control side of the blower relay. it is powered in the run position. check it
the relay should click on with key on and off with key off....confirm this

pull the relay and check the connector pins
1 should be hot at all times
1 should be battery voltage in run only
1 one should be grd at all times
the remaining wire connects to the blower motor.....jumper power from the hot at all time pin to the blower feed pin; the blower should run...if it doesn't...check that wire for continuity.

OK, checked the #7 fuse at the left end of the dash, it has power and the fuse is good.

Which relay should I pull?
I pulled the relay behind the glove box and only have power to the #86 pin when the ignition is turned on.
Not sure which pin should be hot all the time, but none are.

thanks for the help... I really appreciate it.

Fixed it!! Blown 10 amp fuse in the Fuse/Relay Block under the driver side dash.
Fuse D in the wiring diagram.

you say you replaced fuse D in relay block. where is this fuse block and fuse? do you have a wiring diagram?
