Default Help Needed - HVAC System Issues after Heater Core Replace

Hello everyone! Thank you for looking at this post and trying to help me. I will try to give as much detail as possible, if there is something more you need to know, please ask and I will try to answer. At the same time, if there is someone in the Nashville area who sees this and wants to make a little money if they can fix it, hit me up too.

I have a 2003 Durango that I recently replaced the Heater Core on. When getting it back together, the fuel pump went out, so I initially thought I just forgot to hook something up, so I had the dash apart twice.

Now that the fuel pump is fixed, I am having 3 issues related to the HVAC system. I'll put them all below. Please keep in mind, everything was working perfectly before I replaced the heater core.

1. Duel climate control

I don't know if all have these, but I have front duel climate control for driver and passenger. it is the kind of adjustment that slides (let me know if you need pics) and the passenger side adjustment works as it should, but in order for cool air to blow for the drivers side, it has to be set to heat. So my first question is, what do I need to look at to fix this?

2. Blend Doors

So #3 will probably also go with this, but it seems that the blend doors, no matter what I do only stay in the floor and defrost positions. Is there a way to reset this or how do I adjust them so everything opens and closes properly?

3. Blend door actuators

So the first time the dash was apart, and everything was put back together the actuators would still move and try to adjust, now they aren't moving at all. I've looked again and made sure all the connections were there (at least at the switch) and everything is on and well connected and still no movement. Any ideas?

Thanks everyone for the help in advance and hopefully this all makes sense. If it doesn't, please don't hesitate for me to clarify or give more detail.

Welcome to DF

I burn at both ends and don't have time myself. We might have an old HVAC control head laying around you can try.

Kind of sounds like the recirc door is broken off and fell down. Can you hear a change in air flow intensity when you go between recirculate and open air?
