Default Rear Defroster light blinking after PCM install

I have a 2002 Dodge Durango SLT+ 5.9 108K miles, I finally solved the issue I was having and bought a used PCM and had a genetlman input my vin and get my truck running again with his snap-on scanner and laptop. After all was said and done, everything is working and it drives wonderful like it did before (so far).

My problem I have now is after putting in the "new" PCM, I am getting a blinking rear defroster light and the AC LED no longer lights. All of this worked perfectly fine with the old PCM and even with the supposed remanufactured PCM(threw all kinds of codes), it was a piece of junk from allcomputerresources I bought and got a full refund, before I finally bought a used reconditioned one made by Mopar.

But the AC works perfectly fine, including the heater, defroster, floor, panel, and all blower settings. Also the rear defroster works perfectly fine too. The only thing that does not "work" is the AC indicator light and of course the stupid blinking defroster light. I read that it means it needs to be recalibrated with a DRB III scanner, but I checked with the stealership and they want $120+ to do what I thinks takes a few minutes to do.

My question is, what other options do I have? Do I need that particular scan tool only? Will any others work (snap-on, etc)? Are there any other national chain mechanics who carry that scan tool besides only the dealership? I know it is a $2-$4k device, just seems weird that only the dealership would have it as there are only so many dealerships to sell it too.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
