FRUSTRATED! P0121 Code Still! Low idle, stalling!

So very frustrated with my 2003 Dodge Durango 4.7 liter.

The durango wont start or keep idling unless I press the gas pedal.

P0121 Code showing. I have changed the TPS, MAP and the IAC.... still having the problem! Any ideas?!?! Thanks!

dango...unplug the tps, key to run, engine off. with a voltmeter measure the voltages on the 3 wires of the tps and report back the result.
