Default help with headlights.

i installed pair of

http://www.ebay.com/itm/192118265421...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

when i installed my turn signals seem to be blinking very fast. i also wired the halo rings to the tiny light bulb area. i cut that off and spliced the halo rings. i left one wire empty 2nd blinking light cable alone. i feel like i should've spliced the halo rings onto that 2nd blinking cables and left that tiny light alone. does any1 have any exprience with these headlights?

1 turn signal bulb right? The durango uses 2 in the front, one in the rear. So 3 per side. If any one of those three is not in the circuit it will go into hyper flash to let you know that a bulb is burned out. You need a turn signal resistor to replace that bulb and "trick" the truck into thinking it's still there

i think i figured out the problem. soo there is 2 blinking wires on each side on front end. i hooked both of them. one of em i routed to led and other to regular bulb. i was still getting that fast flash. after googling it turns out led lights suck out such little power that its thinking the bulb is not working. soo i just need to find out how to fix that. would i do any dmg if i splice both of the blinking light cable together use it on one original bulb im able to use in the headlight?

You wont get the amount of resistance that you need if you do that. Won't hurt anything, but wont fix your problem. You need two turn signal resistors, one per side. They will wire through your turn signal wire and the other side will go to ground. That will act as if the factory style incandescent bulb is still there even though it's gone.

For my 99 I was able to get an electronic flasher that got rid of the hyperflashing when I briefly had led tail lights.

That's the best way to fix the problem. No digging into the factory harness.
