Don't know a ton about the 4.7, but I think you just need one with the same tooth count on the reluctor wheel.

i believe it will fit as long as it is still 8 spark plugs. The tone ring change was for late 2002 model year and the next compatibility change that im aware of was when they went to a 16 spark plug setup.
