Default 1999 Durango 4X4 5.9l auto 46RE

I got code P1762; I replaced the downstream O2 sensor, the governor pressure sensor and governor solenoid, cleared the code, and it came back! What am I missing??? Wiring isue? Where should I start?

Unplug the front O2 sensor, clear codes, leave the sensor unplugged, go for a drive. Code come back?

HeyYou: Thanks, Ill try that tomorrow, thanks. I heard that it could be a bad ground some where, do you know where the ground wires are that go to the trans solenoids?

Solenoids in the transmission get grounded thru the PCM. That's how the PCM controls them.
