I just changed the camshaft position sensor Sunday. And was told Monday it was acting the same way it was when first realized it needed to be changed. Now check engine light is on and with the same error code. 0344. Can someone tell me what could possibly causing this.

Aftermarket sensor...... These trucks just don't like 'em.
