Default Constant engine noise and running super rough after rebuild

Just did the head job with resurfaced heads and replaced timing chain kit. Started the engine and it sounded so smooth and had plenty of power like never before, drove it to work came back home. Woke up the next day started the engine and heard a constant tapping noise that got louder as you rev it up. Really rough idle and lacking power. I had 11 codes for injectors and ignition coils plus a evap leak. Replaced all 8 injectors and all 8 ignition coils but engine still runs really rough and has a constant tapping noise like one of the cylinders isn't firing or working or maybe misfiring? All codes went away, but today only 1 new code came up for engine running too rich bank 1...

This is the 2nd time I had to replace head gaskets because the first time I didn't send out the heads to a shop and truck started overheating again and coolant was disappearing. Replaced with new radiator, thermostat, waterpump, spark plugs, battery. I love this SUV and it was always running like a dream until now...

Maybe its the lifters? Valve seats?

Just had a mechanic look at it, and he's sure my front right valve got bent...
