Can I use a 1999 dodge ram 1500 hood and fenders for my Durango?? Im thinking it would fit but just want to be sure.

Durangos are a lot smaller. They won't fit. I know they look very similar in design but no they won't fit. Now a Dakota, you should be okay for hood fenders grille bumper and headlights. But nothing from a ram. I think you can also use the front doors off a Dakota as long as it's the big 4 door (not extended cab) Dakota. Single cab and extended cab Dakotas front doors are longer.
