I have a bad exhaust smell in the cab only when heat is on I think it's my EGR leaking not sure. I cant seem to find a delete kit for it 03 4.7 4X4

 

See if you can find the exhaust leak. If it's bad enough you can smell it, you should be able to hear it with the engine idling as well.

 

problem is that the exhaust is loud and its cold as ***** here now I know that the EGR tube had a crack in it last summer. The guy at the muffler shop pointed it out to my wife then she tried explaining it to me and I haven't really looked into it. Just thought that I would just do the delete being that no one sells the EGR tube anymore.

 

Well, you need to fix the exhaust........ If the EGR tube is cracked, a decent shop should be able to do something with it..... weld it up, splice something else in, etc.
