I have a 1999 durango and the compressor
I have a 1999 5.2 durango and the compressor kicks on and off about every 30 sec all the time
what would be the cause of that? My heater hardly blows warm and I have done the t-stat and im not sure what to do next?

A/C system is low on charge. Put some gauges on it, see what the numbers look like.
Poor heat is either air in the system, low on coolant, or a clogging heater core. Could try simply burping it first, just run it with the radiator cap off until the thermostat cycles a couple times. (may lose some coolant out the hole though.)
