Default Removing Scratches from rear panels

Hey all,

Just got me an 03 R/T and finally going over it with a fine tooth comb I've noticed that the cargo area side panels are scratched up pretty good, Was wondering if theirs anything that can fix this up a bit and take the scratches out?

Thanks

It's plastic, so not much can be done other than replace the panel. Mine are a bit scratched too.

I don't know that you can really fix the scratches, but if they're white from the plastic stretching you can probably go over it (carefully) with a heat gun and get it go back to the original color.

You'll never get it perfect again without replacing them. If they're gouged pretty bad sometimes really fine sandpaper can make them look a little better. Heat gun helps bring color back. Mine are scratched up real bad, but I use the back often for lumber and anything else I may need. Plus my interior wasn't in the best shape anyway when I bought it with 215,000 miles.
