Default 03 R/T Power outlet question

I have 3 power outlets in this truck, One under the radio, one inside the center console and 1 in the back cargo area by the 3rd seat, I wasnt getting any power to any of them so I checked the fuse listed for the cigarette lighter as nothings shows in the panel as just a power supply so I figured the cigarette lighter fuse controlled all 3 but after I swapped it out for a new one only the one below the radio is working, the one inside the console and in back still dont have any power, SO Im trying to figure out why and if this is controlled by a different fuse that may be under the hood?

Thanks!

Are you verifying with both the key on and the key off? Some may only have power when the key is in the ACC position.
