SO my '98 Durango has developed an issue where it is *extremely* reluctant to shift to 3rd unless I wind the motor past 3,000. The Internet says "LMAO replace the solenoid and pressure sensor!" so I ordered the appropriate parts. Parts showed up so I dropped the pan, removed the filter, unbolted the governor body removed the solenoid and pressure sensor -

at which point I realized that the new pressure sensor was CRUSHED. Thanks, USPS!

Got another sensor sent out, which arrived in fine shape.

Went back to reinstall everything over the weekend and the 4 governor body bolts are nowhere to be found.

I've looked through the manual and cannot find specs for these, or part numbers... anyone know the specs on these bolts (length + thread type) or where I can order a set ?

 

It might not be much help but if I was in your boat, I’d just go to a pic a part/junk yard find a vehicle that is as similar to mine as possible and go at it lol.

I had this issue when I lost the spring for the tv cable on the trans end. Instead of hunting around every part store for it. Junk yard had it and I took every single one I could find along with a few other small parts that are easy to lose and hard to come by.
