I think I might have gotten it. I ran 4 qrts. Tranny fluid in it for 20 minutes at idle. Drained and changed filter new oil and filter runs great while driving. But at idle it comes back. Think I'm gonna change oil pump

What's your oil pressure when fully warmed up, at idle?

Diagnose first, replace parts later!
Check oil pressure with mechanical gauge.
So, you do know which valve is knocking? Did you use stethoscope?
If I cannot diagnose something, I pay a smart guy to come to my backyard to check it. I pay local repair shop owner $40 to come to me and $60 machine shop owner. This money is best investment!!!!! Check rocker arm travel. Maybe bent pushrod. Switch pushrods.
Make video of that knock, post on youtube.
Did you keep lifters in oil before installing? Did you pump them?

Try this:
Add 1 pint of ATF and drive it. Which viscosity oil did you use?
Sometimes the only way to get rid of lifter knock is to run 1 quart of ATF and rest of oil 20W50. If you are worried about low viscosity you can add "stop smoke" or buy straight 60 oil from Harley dealer.
Keep in mind that running 1 pint or quart of ATF after 50-100 miles will dissolve all dirt, so you will have to change oil and filter again.

That's actually quite good. Is the motor quiet now?

It's quite while driving. At idle it's back. And it has small miss when trying to accellerate
