Default 2003 dodge durango rt 5.9L: O2 sensor question

I was wondering if the RT 5.9L supposed to have o2 sensors? When I looked I didn't see any cats or o2 sensors on the pipes nor a relay in the fuse box.

Federal emissions should have two, one before the cat, and one after. California emissions trucks I think have three, or four.... one in each bank, and one (or more) after the cat(s). If you don't have cats, and don't have O2 sensors, and aren't getting a check engine light, perhaps you have a custom tune, and they were left out....

Trouble is, the front O2 sensors are REALLY important for gas mileage.....

I live up in Canada. I was looking at the fork pipes online. Seen pipe with two cat after the exhaust manifold. Others one cat down near the tranny. Another with 3 cats.
