Check the contacts on the connector for the fuel gauge. (at the pump)

What brand pump did you get?

I bought an inexpensive OEM from Rock Auto, but I cant remember the brand right now. Its working. Im having some other issues with the fuel system too, besides the gauge.
I have a jumper on the relay to work the pump.
Kinda lost on this one.
My next step is to try to trace the gauge problem from the gauge/fuse.
I read that theres about a 100 different things that could be causing a No Bus code on the dash that could affect the pump as well

That's unfortunately true. On yours, EVERYTHING goes thru the PCM, so far as the gauges are concerned. Including the gas gauge. So, the No Bus error and no working gauges go hand in hand. *usally* the no bus is cause by some failure in the 5 volt circuit. It supplies signal to all the various sensors. Have a service manual for troubleshooting that is pretty much going to be a requirement.

Don't bother with Haynes, or Chiltons. They are too generic. You want the REAL factory service manual. You can usually find them in digital, or DVD formats, for pretty cheap on ebay, or, you can spring the big bucks for the paper copies. I think Bishko was the publisher for the factory manuals. (worst case, you can go their site, and likely find them in various formats as well.)

Question, would I be able to smell fuel from the exhaust if the pump was working but there was no spark? And if the new pump is creating enough pressure, could that be an electrical problem, a pump problem, a fuel line problem, or a combination of the above?
Thanks

To check if you have pressure at the rails, get/borrow a fuel pressure test gauge and hook it to the test port.

If you want to check for spark, pull a plug, ground the body against the block or something (don't hold it with your hand.), and see if it sparks.
