Default Lower control arm torsion bar

So I was being joe mechanic removed the up and lower control arm and axle to install new. Started to replace control and realized I have no clue how to set the torsion bar . Did some reading and didn’t mark the anchor bolt. Any advise would help considering Im stuck

If you only did one side, then just level it.
The procedure is crazy specific, measuring unmarked part centers difference to floor, to 100ths.
Adjust, jounce - girlfriend on bumper a couple of times - adjust again.
Level to other side will be fine.

Thanks for the reply but I’m not sure how the lca should sit before I start screw in the Anchor
