yes both hoses get hot. Yes the blender works. I had to hook the vac hose back up. But it works. Temp gauge does not move. Next will be changing the temp sensor cheap and quick fix. It had calcium on it when I looked at it last week.

Think I would get an IR thermometer, and see what temp the engine actually was getting up to..... Go from there.

will do. I’ll let you know ASAP. Not today though. Can we talk about why my kick down is hard to push on the pedal though?

Are the cables routed properly on the throttle body?

from the looks of it yes. Not 100% sure. I will look up pics and diagrams in a bit. But the acc cable is fine till the kick down is pulled. And it’s kids hard to push. I can’t pull it with my hands at all.

That's a problem. Disconnect the cable at both ends, see if the cable moves freely. If it doesn't, replace it, if it does, see if the lever done at the trans is binding.

im not sure I know where it’s connected at the trans. I’ll have to crawl around. Monday. But I did get it from a guy who took it mudding and all the plates at the bottom where covered in mud. The manifold was covered in mud it was crazy cleaning it
