Look at routing of throttle cable some had a roller of sorts the cable has to be under, rihri on throttle body. Often if anything has been disconnected it gets put back on top of the roller and you don't get much throttle travel.
on the cyl 1&2 misfires look at the distributor cap for a crack or carbon track, can be hard to see .Cyl .2 fires then cyl 1 is right behind it in the firing order. order. Could also be bad plyg wires. Cyl 1 and 2 are the front cylinders, 1 on driver side and 2 on passenger side.
