Default Transfer case swap

I'm kicking around rebuilding my trucks running gear. I currently have the NV133 transfer case. My only options are 2WD or 4WD. I would like to have a 4 low gear. Can i do a swap with the NV233? I know I'll need to replace the switch but will it anger the the computer god that is my dodge PCM?

I would expect you would need the correct switch, and the correct TCCM..... No idea what else you would have to do...

I only see one part number for the TCCM. I'll have to call dodge and see what they say.

I wonder if the switch is just pinned differently....... I really dislike the whole electronic shift t-case thing.... Just give me a lever on the floor. It just Works.

The switch is wired differently. It's a resistive based switch like the steering wheel controls.
