Default Transmission control module

I have to replace this on a 2000 Dodge Durango 4WD 5.9L.
Does anyone have a diagram of where it is located?
ALSO:
Does I need to be programmed?

Thanks everyone.

Why do you want to replace it? PCM controls the trans. Needs to be flashed to the correct VIN for your Durango, else the SRS, and ABS systems whine about it, and are disabled.

No clue if they are disabled. The Durango won't shift into overdrive while driving.

Default OD light

The O/D Light is not on, Durango will not shift into overdrive.

Need to plug in with a scanner, and see what the PCM is seeing. If any of the sensors it relies on to determine shift points is reporting inaccurate data, it won't shift. If it thinks the trans is too hot, it won't shift, and O/D gets disabled before the temp light comes on.....

to the best of my knowledge the 5.9 does NOT HAVE a separate Transmission control module, thats a 4.7l goodie only.
