2000 Dodge Durang 5.9L 4WD. Following lights come on and off intermittently: Can turn off ignition. And they will go off. Start ignition and they will come on 'sometimes'.

Read the codes for the check engine lite. There are a couple sensors that can give you all of those issues. VSS being right at the top of the list.
