Grinding sound coming back of motor connecting to the transmission. Sent to the garage to have the oil pan replacement. Started making the sound a week later thought it was the fan clutch. My question is could it be the flex plate got cracked from prying the oil pan free?

 

Is it the same sound as before the pan was replaced?
