Smile 2000 Durango 4X4 270K and 140 PSI compression

Now to me this seems like I won the engine quality lottery here
I have 1 cylinder that is at 135 PSI due to it having water in cylinder back in 2017 when the neighbors (who had it, then gave it to me) blew a head gasket and did not ask me to see if I could fix it for about a week
It had some ( I guess rust though it looked and felt like a stain) in #5 cylinder.
I did this test as about a month ago I started it and it was missing and so on like crazy so I was worried something was wrong turned out I just needed to replace cap rotor and plugs.
I plan to invest some time and money to do minor things to beef it up a bit but my girlfriend is sure it is past is Best by date due to the year and Mileage.
I am thinking since body is excellent and to me engine seems awesome (has great Oil pressure too)
I got the build sheet and this thing as extra insulation, HD cooling, HD tow Package Interior is now excellent (needs some minor work on drivers seat Leather covering)
Only has about 80K on new Tranny.
What do you guys think with that Oil pressure and how the rest is in great shape if I do proper maintenance etc. this could last me 10+ years at 12-15K mileage a year right?
Plus biggest thing I got it for $0.00 so to me that is a Huge advantage as I have nothing really invested so could add a bit of $$ before id even come close to buying a newer used Doge Truck or Durango.

You could throw a new motor in that, drive it for another ten years, and still come out ahead. "Free" is my favorite price.

As the motor in it seems to still be in good shape, if it runs/drives good, just keep up on the maintenance, drive it till the wheels fall off, bolt 'em back on, and drive it some more.

Please don't tell my Dak. It still thinks it's a young 'un.
