Hello, gotta 2003 durango that sometimes the brakes will lockup when turning the steering wheel. The more I turn, the harder they engage, and when i straighten the steering wheel they let up. One other thing, maybe unrelated, last winter it was really cold and the brake pedal would not return up after i depressed it. I would just lift it up with my foot, but it doesn't do that anymore since the weather warmed up.

When were they last serviced? The caliper slide pins should be well lubed and rubber caps in place. If the slide pins are dry and rough, may need to steel wool them before lubing. Use a good Syn lube like Sil Glyde. That's where id start.
