Question Heater how hot???

2003 Durango, 5.9 , How hot should the front heater blow ( F* ) replaced the radiator, t-stat, flush w/ new coolant, and it does not seem to warm up as much or as quick as I remember, maybe cuz I have not used the heat in a while. Put a thermometer in the vent and 98* was all it got to, and it took a while to get there. Is this normal? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Mike

I will flush it today, blend door actuator, works fine , coupler is good, door works fine, actuator works fine, maybe it is normal to take 30 min. to get up to temp.I don't know. just seems like it would warm up sooner.
Thanks

This was my statement back in 2015 "Heat is so hot, I can't hold my hand in front of the vent for more than five seconds on full blast, full hot."

Note, this is a 2003 Dak with 4.7.
