Default Help im EXHAUSTED 98 5.2 Magnum

I need help I am kind of fresh in this forum so here is my story I took my 98 Dodge Durango 5.2 to the shop last year ever since I got it back it's been running like **** I would like to have my truck back but here's the problem I found after searching for months on what the problem might be in order to get my windows fixed to roll up and down electric wise someone took a wire from my PCM and grounded it to my truck in order to get my windows to work that's fine except one problem my truck has been running like **** and I found out what wire it was C25 DB/WT Wire Generator Source (+) like I said my truck's been running like **** I basically ripped his truck apart trying to find out what was been wrong well this is the problem that wire should not be grounded to my body the truck will not run unless I have that wire connected to the body of my truck you wire evidently goes to the positive side of alternator battery or something it is throwing juice all over my truck that's why I keep draining batteries for the last year I've been dealing with dead batteries truck not running loud sucking noise through my throttle body missing out won't run keeps dying and won't start overnight is there anything I can do in order to fix this I need my truck back any ideas???

Also they added on this extension to this wire that comes from the TIPM which is dark brown and orange I do not wear the know where this wire comes from or goes I don't know whether it's positive or negative can anyone please tell me

I went through this PCM and rewired make sure nothing else was wrong it's just the C25 DB/WT grounded why they professionals took this wire from here and grounded it to get my windows fixed I have no idea
