Default 99 Durango 5.9L- Hemi Swap w Manual Trans?

I have a 99 durango 5.9L 4x4 and am acquiring a 5.7 hemi engine, auto trans, harness, transfer case and computer from an 04 ram 1500. I have been researching a hemi swap on my durango, but am wondering what would it require to switch to a manual trans as well? Is this feasible? I have found forums discussing these swaps, but nothing on attempting both together.

Can you find a 4x4 hemi compatible manual trans??

Depending on what year your PCM/harness are, (the harness is different between manual and auto....) dash gauges might be a problem.....

I have been reading other forums, NV4500 appears to be used with the hemi, problem is a dakota or durango forum mentioned that trans being too large and requiring a 3in body lift. The hemi parts I am getting are all from the same vehicle- 04 Ram 1500, and I believe I will have the gauge cluster as well, just no idea if it will work in the durango.

I would keep the 5.9, more reliable than the Hemi, can make as much or more power with some modifications, sounds better, more low end torque, and more manual transmissions available for it.
