there is a blinking check engine light on the dash and a very loud noise coming from maybe near the fan? i cant tell does anyone know what it is?

i took a video of it im kind of new to cars and dont know a lot is it fixable?

 

A flashing engine light is bad. Make sure you don't drive it that way. Get the codes read. Have you checked the oil and coolant? The noise sounds like the fan is hitting but could be something else. Hard to tell from that small clip. Get someone to take a look at it.

 

Flashing check engine lite is engine is misfiring. If the light is flashing a lot, that's bad.
