99 Dodge Durango having several issues that I cannot figure out.

- Power locks click, nothing happens.
- Auxiliary plugs turn off when headlights are turned on.
- Sometimes the motor stays running when ignition is off, but engine stops after shutting door.

Changed CTM with direct replacement, all numbers matched. Nothing has changed. All problems still exist. Does anyone know where to start?
