Default 99' Durango problem

99' Durango 5.9 V8, 95k miles.
Truck started losing idle on cold mornings and stalling....no check engine light.....checked voltage that was fine.....ran some seafoam thru 2 tanks of gas....no help.....Once warm ran fine as always. Done some reading here and took a stab at the IACV (Idle Air Control Valve). Now it idles fines but when you drive down the road and let off the throttle, the RPM's don't drop off and coast as usual but stay the same as if the cruise control is activated. Weird any suggestions? I would appreciate it.

Unhook your battery cable for about ten minutes, then drive the car. The computer needs to "reset" its setting with the new IAC. Sometime it takes as much as 50 miles of running to completely set all the sensors back in place.

The ECM reset was the ticket. Besides the 14mpg gas guzzling machine it is, it's running great!!! Thanks for the advice.
