Ok I put a body lift on my D, and went to put the brackets to raise the bumpers up to a normal look, and I have run into an issue. The back bumper is held by several sets of bolts one sets seems to be like a stud bolt that has a rounded end with no true head and I can not get them off does anyone have advice or anyone else have this problem.
