I have not used one my self...I have the Mopar PCM.

You can use the programer to do many things. you can tune for better towing...better milage...better performance..what ever you want!!!

I have heard many people prase thier programmers!!!

I kinda wish I had one.....but yeah....you will definatly notice gains!!!
