If you don't like the price, price out any of the competing SUVs with similar equipment. My Durango's sticker was $38,800. I ordered what I wanted, which was side airbags, hemi, LTD, sunroof, tow package, Limited Slip. Most of the goodies, but I didn't need a DVD, skid plates, etc... I also priced VW Touregs (which I like a lot) but the price was over 5k higher. Chevy's were waaay higher. Ford's are boring. So, really this is a great truck for a very reasonable price.

I just picked mine up tonight and the sticker was ~$36k for a limited 2WD Hemi, DVD, running boards etc. Last week they wanted ~$37k out the door with my trade of 19K. I left and today I picked it up for ~$35k out the door. I was $4800 upside down on my trade. I went in with all of the info about my trade, the dealer hold back and advertising fee along with the invoice price. I basically got it for $200 over invoice and they jacked up my trade value by $2k.

I think I got the better deal since I took delivery of one that just came in and they get all of the dealer hold back.
