99 durango sluggishness
I have a 99 durango. It idles a bit rough and is a bit slugish at take off and at low RPM's. If you get on it it does fine, but cruising along at about 40 it sputters.
Any ideas? I've replaced the plugs, wires, cap and button and cleaned the throttle body and the solinoid in the rear of the throttle body...
Thanks

You might want to get the injectors checked. I had the same problem and did the same as yours a year after I bought my D, luckly I had the extended warranty so I didnt have to pay anything. It ended being only 1 injector.
BTW!!!
Thanks for advise on the fan tip.....
But one question I do have, Is your electric fan on the radiator side or the ac condenser side?

If you have a voltage meter, disconnect the wires an check each injector, they should be a stedy 13.6 on positive an 00.9 on negitive.. as long as they'er above 12 an below 15 you're safe.. otherwise you'll have to replace them an they'er 60 bucks a pop for OEM's

injectors work all the same, works on any fuel injected engine, even TBI's... only difference is the size, different engines have different sizes *edit* bigger injectors are going to read a higher voltage an smaller ones are going to read a lower voltage, best thing for you to do in the case of it being a different car is to get the repair manual or ask one of the ASE guys at advanced, what voltage should the injectors be running on that model.. but as far as the durango goes it should be around a 13
