Default New here with some questions.

Hey guys, as of right now i don't own a dodge, i actually drive a supercharged gmc sonoma. But i've wanted a Dakota r/t for a while now and i'm going to take the dive here pretty soon. Here is my question. I was looking up some info today and saw that the 4.7l v8 has just 10hp less then the 5.9l v8. I was wondering how much of a difference there is in the two engines, other then the vast possibilities of the 5.9 and HP increase available. Any help would be great, thanks alot.

Rob

im more than satisfied with a 4.7L. Does everything and more that I need. Truck still smokes up at will, and sounds great. But. If I was buying a new truck I think I would get the hemi. I didnt actually know that much about dodges before I bought the truck so I was a bit green in knowing was what with different motors. But I think the total dodge ram experience really does require a hemi powerplant. Theres nothing like a bit of heritage.

Get the Hemi, the bigger, the better. The important thing though, is to get rid of the gmc!
