BALL JOINTS
My 2000 5.9 R/T with 38,500 miles has a defective upper left Ball Joint. Any info on recall or similar problems out there?
i sell them quite often to lots of shops, theres no recall as far as i know just a crappy dodge design. replace it with a low friction design from spicer built better than the oe with out killin the wallet.
Hi there. Just to let you know that my husband has replaced the ball joints on a couple of 2000 Dakotas. We have a 2000 Durango and have noticed recently noticed that you can hear a popping noise at times. My husband is going to look at it this weekend. If you hear of anymore info one this let us know. Thanks, Retha

Look into www.alldata.com scroll to the bottom and click on the free recall and service bulletins and fill in the information. It will show all the recall and s.b's on your vehicle. Also you might want to ask the service manager at your local dodge dealer about this being there is a class action law suit going on about ball joints. Hope this helps. I am also going to look into this being I own a 2000 Durango.
